Amazonia: Fire Walk is the fourth level in Twisted Metal 2. It is a forgotten by the modern world as it is the Colombian ruins of the Fire Walk. It will be a true challenge to any motorist as they will need to try and avoid the lava. The player will have to face against 6 other players before facing the boss.

When play in the tournament mode, once all 6 opponents have been defeated, the player will take on the sub-boss Minion, before they can move onto New York. When the player is playing on Easy, once they have finished off Minion, the tournament will end.
